Biography

Yusuf is a card bearer of causal revolutions in the field of mathematics education. He has interests in mathematics teaching and learning following an overarching philosophy of developmental research in which an observed practice is examined, changes are proposed, implemented, and evaluated to improve the practice. He does research with both qualitative and quantitative methods, causal modeling with observational data, and cross-country comparisons using international datasets
